selling women’s jeans, called Judy Blues, Judy Blues is a registered trademark from the Judy Blues company in LA. This is what I told them: Judy Blue is a registered trademark, it is a classic bait-and-switch. These are Chinese knockoffs. You have misled me into believing these jeans are Judy Blue’s and that is fraudulent.
please refund the full amount of my purchase.
their response: As I stated clearly in the previous email, Judy Blue is the name of the pants, not the brand. We don’t even know the brand; we just only simply named our product and it accidently matched. And we’re committed to the product’s quality with the selling price. At the same time, the product we sent is not damaged or the incorrect size, so the return policy does not apply in this case.
