Scam Description

Construction company went door to door claiming they had left over material from a construction job they just finished and offered to do a great job redoing the victim’s driveway at low price. This company swindled my 88 year old elderly parents out of $7500 for a job that shouldn’t have cost more than $1000.
A few years ago this construction outfit was reported and in trouble with the attorney general for the same thing and for operating without a permit or license. They are the Cooper brothers and are now calling their business Dean’s paving and excavation. They are out there doing their driveway paving scam again.
