Scam Description
I received a phone call from publishers clearing House Representative Mark merchant m e r c h a n t you told me that I had won a 9.5 million jackpot in Mercedes-Benz C-Class car and not in $5,000 per week for life. Gave me an activation code of 9908 and then told me I had to pay $9,000 for a registration fee it is my understanding that if you win a prize you should not have to pay any kind of a fee it would come out of the winning and correct and assuming that?
