Scam Description
This was for a health/fitness program with a 1-on-1 coach. I was to receive biweekly calls with my coach and a completely personalized exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle plan. These services were not provided as described. All attempts to contact the owner or anyone in customer service went unacknowledged and unanswered. The owner continues to charge me $499/mo for services I’m not receiving despite me notifying him by various different means of my intent to cancel effective immediately. The customer service for this company is non-existent, they do not deliver on their promises, and will continue to take your money.
