Scammer pretending to be from USPS Customer Service. Text message stated a package could not be delivered to your address due to incomplete forwarding address. Requested my home address and a payment for a delivery fee via a credit card payment. The text message never addressed me by my name. The text is from a foreign nation with the number +639641664941.
