Scam Description

On September 6, 2023, I purchased some legal marijuana for $200.97 from what I thought looked like a legit website, Weedlightavenue.com. I had trouble with paying through the Cash App as I had never used it before so I replied to an email they had sent me asking for payment telling them I was having trouble. They sent me the Cash App info needed and I made the payment, even texted a screenshot of the receipt for them to see when they asked me to. They said the payment went through and was being processed for the next shipment which said was only 2-5 days once sent. I sent messages a couple of days later asking what the status of my order was and no one would reply. I have emailed and texted the phone number given. I have not received any tracking info or updates about my order. It has now been 7 business days and I even asked for a refund because of lack of communication but Cash App said they couldn’t do anything (even though their website says they can). I have reported this to my bank and Cash App. This program will not let me upload but I have emails, receipts, a text conversation showing they refuse to refund me and basically admitting they are not a legitimate business, a picture, etc.
