Scam Description
The scammer called me pretending to be a process server He said that ill be be visited by another server in a few days to be notified about a pending lawsuit against me.
He had my address and my full name which i have no idea where he got it from. He tried to “confirm” my date of birth but i gave him a fake one.
He said that i was being sued because weeks before i agreed to receive by delivery a health kit for free but when the company tried to deliver the package there was no people at my house to receive it and the kit was sent to government facility, so since they ”lost” merchandise, they were suing me. All of this is completely false.
He later said that i should be getting the citation with court details and hearing dates soon at my house.
