Rail Ninja makes itself seem as if you are buying first rate tickets direct from the train station. They have all the branding and videos, cite 98% customer satisfaction and 24/7 human support. They book train tickets with a huge markup, cancel your reservation and rebook on a trains with 6 hour layovers at 4am with no notice or clarification. Train tickets are often oversold and have terms that are non-refundable. You can cancel but at the cost of a large markup. The customer service is non existent, no address no phone number no support.
