Scam Description

I came home from visiting my son at the hospital after i worked a full day shift and my house key would not turn the lock. I searched in google for a locksmith clise to me. I picked one and called the # on my cell phone a lady answered and said shed forward my # to the locksmith . Then a man called said 35 min away . Then almost 1 hr goes by and a unmarked beige light colored SUV pulls in my driveway. A man gets out hands me a yellow reciept pad and only thing written on it was $249.00 African American young male mid to late 20’s physically fit who told me he served in the military. I was told by theperson i described, to enter my address phone # and to sign. Later when i asked for my copy iwas told by the same guy no i dont get a copy the reciept will be sent to my phone by text. It gets worse after 1 hr of this male trying everything but the lock to get me into my home and telling me mam im the locksmith dont question him. He asks me to put awhats up app on my cell phone and to help him hold his and my phone to see inside my garage as he had placed wedges and pumped up something to use a handle thing to see in the garage . It didnt work . So i say its okay ill get the neighbor kid to climb through a half window. He says he will fit and tries then unsuccessful he ends up pumping the pillows by thefarage side window, i say these have locks and open up to clean. I ask him to stop again! He pumps vigorously until the lockbusts. Now he k oxks down a shelfing unit and once inside hits the garage door buton. Now he goes and sits in his vehicle , windows up. And i bring him the 200$in cash i had told him i had when he first presented the reciept pad for me to fill out. Now he says withrax its 279$ and he will not leave my driveway. here and tries to
