Scam Description
I am a senior living on social security. I needed summer blouses and saw an advertisement on Facebook using the Kohl’s Logo with low prices and placed an order. A couple of days later I placed a second order which included shoes. They sent a tracking number which I kept an eye on. After a couple of weeks, I sent an email asking about the orders. It was sent back undeliverable. This was my first indication that I had been scammed.
I continued watching the tracking, which was sketchy at best. On July 1, 2023, I checked the tracking and it said my order had been delivered. I did not receive my order. I tried to contact the company again, but it was undeliverable. On July 4, 2023, the tracking on my second order said it was delivered. Again, I did not receive it.
