Scam Description
I purchased a holiday wreath online which according to their website was being shipped from Landrum, SC. When I received it , the quality was nowhere near what was shown. I contacted the co and they offered 15% refund and I had to pay for returning the wreath to China. I told them no acceptable and their website stated they ship from Landrum, SC. They then offered 25% and I could keep the wreath. I said still unacceptable. Then they offered 35% if I returned wreath. I told them I would report them to the BBB and contact my bank to dispute the charge. See attached photos of their advertised wreath and the actual one along with their claim of shipping from SC.
