Scam Description
I had purchased a 3-month subscription. After the first few weeks, I realized it was not as good as other sites, so I stopped using it. At the end of the 3 months, I received an email that they were trying to charge my card for a renewal. I immediately logged in to ensure the subscription was cancelled and emailed them to notify them to not continue charging my card. They replied that they could offer me a “prorated refund” for 1 month of the renewal (taking the 3-month price and subtracting 1 month). As I had not used their service, and did not intend to use their service, I replied that was unacceptable. They continued to press that this is their policy and threatened to send it to collections if I did not give them updated payment information.
