Scam Description
I ordered a set of pastel flower with a teddy bear and balloons and within an hour they “refunded” me back my 90 dollars and some change. Cathleen Kaur said it’ll be back in your account in 2 days… well 2 days went by no refund, 3 days no refund, I even emailed her and she stopped responding. Day 9th I asked again nothing. So needless to say I had to call customer service and he then told me it’ll be 10 business days… but their refund policy clearly states 3 to 5 business days…. so their policy is not true.
June 22nd of 2023 i called again and they will not give me back my money.
