Scam Description
Advertisement on Facebook, misleading in the total price, didn’t realize the full amount until billed. When I reached out to customer service to ask about the return policy, the only response was that I had 30 days to return it. I asked for a shipping label or a return address and did not get an answer within a reasonable amount of time soI took it upon myself to ship it back in order to ensure the 30 day time frame would be met. I then emailed customer service to inform them and they said they would not accept the return without a Return Merchandise Authorization #. This was the first time I had heard of this. I had also tried calling the customer service phone # multiple times and left messages with no response. (866-207-4137)
