Scam Description
I ordered the product on 4/7/23 and it was supposed to be delivered to Omaha, NE. on 4/22/23 the product was delivered to Dracut, MA. I asked the company why this happened and they blamed it on the delivery company. I sent the tracking results to the company as they said they would have to look into this which took over a week. They let me know they would need to get the product back before sending it again. I questioned it and they said they would send a new product but it would take 10-15 business days to get a new tracking number. it has been 5 weeks and I have reached out to them four times and they have stopped responding. I have asked for the product, a new tracking number, a refund, or even a response and they have not done any of it.
