Scam Description

I received an email from a company called ninacloak.com. I placed an order for two items and then realized after reading reviews on various websites that this is a scam company claiming to be based in Hong Kong. The shipping charges were nearly $20.00. Of the 426 reviews I read, all customers gave it a one star and were furious for receiving substandard clothing MADE IN CHINA or no items at all. The hotline number for this company is in Northern Michigan. I spoke to a ‘representative’ after receiving an email confirmation number and was told he did not have any access to his computer; that there was no recored for that confirmation number nor my email address. If he had no record of my email address how could I possibly receive a confirmation number sent to my email address? My son recently fled Hong Kong where he had lived and worked for many years. I asked this ‘representative’ about various landmarks on the main island where he lived in a high rise and worked at a major American company. Then he moved to an island, Peng Chau. The representative was clueless that Hong Kong is made up of over 250 islands, many of which are uninhabited, and that there is regular ferry service which is how my son went to work every day. He was unaware that the Chinese government took over Hong Kong. I told him to stop playing games with me and he became belligerent and hostile, refusing to issue me a refund. This is a scam operation and should be shut down immediately. There is even a website warning I located that this scammer is stealing photographs from other legitimate online retailers, sending customers the wrong items which do not even remotely resemble the photos and that no one every gets their money refunded.
