Scam Description
The scammer sent an email following my activity on LinkedIn, having recently applied to a job of a similar nature to the one they were “offering” and asked to set up an interview.
At the time of the interview I was notified it would be completely conducted over messaging, but complied and completed. The scammer also dropped me a document fully using the actual Codiak BioSciences logo and physical address to make it look real. Following the interview I was told I would get a decision tomorrow morning, but between the job being too good to be true and the interview process being odd, I decided to do some research. The website domain of their email does not go anywhere and the actual Codiak Biosciences site specifically says what domain email recruiters would reach out from (different than “Kelly’s”) thus, this is not real.
