Scam Description
I received an advertisement on facebook promoting two dressers/ vanity tables. I went to the website and ordered two. I was provided an email stating the payments were being processed and would be shipped. I received two tracking numbers for both items. A few weeks later I received two scarves which arrived separately, they both had different tracking numbers that did not match those of the vanities on the tracking emails Alarmchip had sent me. They sent me scarves in place of vanities. When I reached out to them they stated it was an error and I needed to send the scarves back but have not replied since. It was there error and they made a big mistake, I let the rep know that I knew it was a scam as it is all over the internet if you google alarm chip and the scarves were not valued at .25 cents. They stopped communicating and would not provide me a refund.
