They have an IG page BH Pup and a website where you can order cute brand name puppy clothes for reasonable prices. I ordered 2/1/2023 paid $92.60 have not received my order or my money back. I have requested both. No response, no customer service line. My story is like many others from Trusted Pilot reviews. This is a horrible company they are taking orders and not fulfilling them. I received one email response completely ignoring my request for money back, and also about my order. The name that was used in my email response was William Kasel. The new email address for contact is under customer support has changed it’s now support@halothemes.com it was not that address 2 weeks ago. Everything about this company is fictitious and fake, they are fraud if people and stealing peoples money. One person even spent $600 worth of clothes and has received nothing I’m glad it was only $92.60, but I will not be doing that again. I have all new bank cards in case they were to try to charge my card again, my old ones have been taken out of service and shredded. Warning everyone DO NOT SHOP THIS WEBSITE
