Scam Description
I made an account to look for a nanny. In order to see messages from providers it said I must upgrade. It showed a price of $12.95 to upgrade it said no commitment cancel anytime in bold letters.
I was charged 108 without notice review or permission. “Customer service” was no help said full payment upfron is their policy and payments are final. I then looked into reviews and found that this company shows false amounts and continues charging without permission even after attempts to cancel. The manage subscription link on the site is fake and it also will not allow me to delete my debit card information. I agreed to pay 12.95 for 1 month with no commitment they stole the rest if that 108 as well and my card information that I now cannot remove.
