Scam Description
Went in to get my rear passenger tire plugged. When it was done, the manager called me up and told me it was 38.50. I paid and left. A few days later, the same tire sensor was on and low. I took it to a different Mavis and explained. They found that my tire wasn’t plugged/patched at all! They did the work for free and pulled up the work order from Arsenal st. I was charged for a battery that didn’t receive plus 2 discounts of 12.50. This came to 40. When asked why would they do that….I was told that they have to sell so many batteries per day…. so they entered it in, as a battery for their own compensation/commission! I paid for a plugged tire that I never received!
