Scam Description
I searched for Southwest Airlines and this website popped up. I needed to change a flight as my mother was dying (she died that day) and I was trying to reach her before she passed. I called the number on the site and they said they would change the flight for 800.00, but they were able to give me a bargain and only charge 302.25. They had me give them my credit card number and the southwest airlines confirmation number and my Date of Birth. Using this information they pretended to be me and changed the flight. They were not Southwest airlines. They stole money from me and then used my identity to change the flight.
