Scam Description
Through an Ad at Facebook selling cosmetic and personal care products, I bought a Kneeca Tourmaline Accupressure for knee pain in February 2023 about 1st week and delivery date would happen by February 13, 2023 but never received nor communicate with me. Sent the company letter and several emails but no
respond. Emails and letter sent to Support Team, CS Leanna again no respond. They have been sending Ads again thru my email address several times trying to lure me of buying their products and this is their skim and once you purchased their product, say goodbye because they are not going to communicate with you again. I checked their phone number which does belong to them but other company. Facebook tolerated this because of money paid for their Ad. Consumers are scammed like this technique.
