Scam Description
I ordered 5 planter boxes from this website with free shipping. I did not receive any communication by email, so I contacted them by email. They answered, assuring me that the planter boxes were shipped and gave me the tracking number. A few weeks later, I received a small package that was marked “online seller” from Fort Worth Texas. I had to pay $5 for postage in order to receive the package. Inside was a pair of cheap, black gloves. I looked up the tracking information for the gloves and it matched the tracking information for the planter boxes. The tracking information originated in China.
I called my credit card company and they removed the charge and canceled my card. I sent another email to Acticeous and they finally answered saying they were sorry and it was the shipper’s fault. They said they could not send the planter boxes until I sent the gloves back to China. They told me that they would refund the money for the planter boxes and the return shipping when they received the gloves. They also encouraged me to keep the gloves to give as a gift and if I did they would give me back 40% of the refund on the planter boxes. They also said that if I wanted to do something different to let them know and not to take any action. I told them I was not going to return the gloves since I had to pay $5 postage on them and I did not order them. Also, the planter boxes were free shipping.
I have not heard back from them.

They have not given me a phone number.
