Scam Description
I got a robocall and followed the prompts, until they asked to verify my SSN. I refused. I went onto the website to have a chat with an agent who refused to identify themselves with a name or agent ID number. They told me I owed Bank of Delaware $583. I Googled Bank of Delaware. No such entity exists. I insisted upon receiving something in writing, to which I didn’t get a solid answer. I told them to go scam someone else and that I would be reporting their number and website to the police. I didn’t give up my SSN or money. https://rcapay.com and 1-888-505-4218.
