Scam Description
Purchased merchandise from an online company 1/11/23 paid for expedited shipping. Sent multiple emails requesting status updates due to the tracking number showing as “Status not available at the moment. Please try again later.” After multiple emails merchant has refused to give a refund and continues to give the runaround. It has now been 42 days since initial purchase and merchant continues to refuse refund or issue a valid tracking number
