This company says made and shipped from South carolina. Scam. There is no phone # or address. Paid $15 for shipping g, took forever.. at one point it was in California. I live in Philly. Item did not look like the dress online, and want to return it. Their website says free returns 30 days. Wel they won’t give me a return or are Making me pay for the return. No. That is not a legit south carolina company! Scam company from China. This company they are liars
