Scam Description
I received an email from the beforementioned email but saying that it was time to renew my GEEK SQUAD contract immediately at the price of 419.00. I had my receipt and booklet handy so I could see that I signed up on 10/19/22 and it was far from a year for renewing. My initial price paid was 199.00 for one year NOT 419.00 for 3 months so I said that I knew this was fraudulent activity and would be reported to BBB. They said I had to fill out a cancellation form and asked me what browser I was using. I said it was none of their business and I wasn’t going to change browsers. They said then the charge would go through today. (your reactivation request is in progress @ #9856-YTOK)
