Scam Description
I lost a Versace coat on an a flight to Istanbul. I knew my seat number and called the airlines immediately to see if it was found. I was referred to what I thought was the lost and found. I was dealing with a friends death so I thought it was strange but I filled out the lost and found form online and gave my cc info thinking that’s how they refund me. They never wrote or called to ask anything or tell me what they did. I was charged and I lost my coat!!!
I have no way to contact them. They didn’t respond to email as you can only fill out the lost form on their website. They have no phone number or address.
