Scam Description
Upon checking my checking account I noticed a withdrawal of $500 from a company I did not recognize, Direct Itech. I did not authorize this withdrawal. Upon checking their website (yes there is a website) I made several attempts to call as their website states available 24/7. When I dialed the 1-800 number a recording stated that this number is unavailable and to try again later. Website also says live chat available. No response when I clicked on that. Thankfully my credit union is working with me but I have to wait until Tuesday as Monday is holiday.
