Scam Description

This “company” has an add on Facebook that shows these realistic looking silicone dolls. They have all types of baby dolls on their website that look like the more expensive reborn dolls. I clicked on the link and purchased a realistic looking baby doll or so I thought. I paid $48.79 for my baby doll through PayPal and they provided me a confirmation email and tracking information. I purchased this baby doll on December 15, 2022 and it is January 2, 2023 and I still have not received it. I have emailed this company with responses from the company saying it is in transit and to give it sometime. On my tracking information it says it arrived in Dayton, Ohio which is where I live but says it needs to be picked up at carrier but provides no pick up address. I emailed this company to ask why it says pick up when I paid for it to be delivered directly to my house and they just replied the same information back to me. Now they have replied saying I need to pay more attention to the mail carrier emails and to pick up directly. This is a scam and I’m reporting my transaction for a full refund to PayPal! Do not fall for this fake companies tactics!
