Scam Description
I ordered before the December 5 cutoff (I ordered on November 22, 2022). I quickly got an email with tracking info. Checking daily- hasn’t been scanned yet. “new york” company uses a Chinese shipper? I did get an email saying it might not get here before Christmas. I ordered due to their good reviews. Now it’s December 2022 and there are now many reviews saying they never got their product. I’ve emailed and messaged over 10 times and get the same email saying that “a ticket has been opened” but I never hear back. I’m embarrassed that my boss will not get a Christmas gift-! I finally find something for the guy who has everything and it doesn’t arrive! I lost $63.
