Scam Description
I purchased an item from their website. It never came. I continued to reach out to customer support and they refuse to refund my money. They confirmed they shipped the wrong item and demanded that I return it. I let them know i never received my item let alone an incorrect one. They told me to find it at the post office before they will send me my correct item. It was no where to be found and I demanded my money back and pointed out that I shouldn’t have to pay for their mistake and they refused and continue to insist that I need to return the incorrect item!!! The communications have been horrific and unprofessional and not helpful at all and they have pocketed my money with no compensation back to me or product. They are horrific and totally a scam STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
