Scam Description

I responded to an advertisement for a flying orb that does several different tricks, including returning to you when you throw it out. I ordered 2 of them for a total of $55.48 which they received from my Credit Card (I have a receipt from the card company) on Oct. 07 of this year. After a couple of weeks, I tried to contact them through their contact page several times to help me locate my order but got no reply. I then attempted to reach someone on a chat page and after several tries, I finally got someone that just told me that “Yes, it should have been shipped quite a while ago” and then said that she “would look into it and get right back to me”, and never did. Then for the next two or three days, I used the same Chat page (which has a continuation of the conversation but no response. I tried to plead with them to send me my order but nothing I said made any difference. On the sales page where it explains their shipping process and a general timeline, the processing time was 3-5 days and it should be delivered in 7-14 days. If there was a delay in the processing time or the shipping time, I could live with that if they had just talked to me. The ad still runs all the time on TikTok. I have the online receipt for the order as well as the communication between us in my phone.
