Scam Description

This form requires a valid email address…the scammers email address is NOT valid. :reneta@readymovers.fans Obviously this is scam the was reported to BBB in July 2022 and the business, Big League Relocators / Ready Movers, is still in business. They claim to be full service movers but act as brokers and do not have actual movers.. The website is a shell, nothing to it with multiple errors. Reneta Bravo’s email address is invalid. The company gives you an estimate for the moves, asks you to send via ZELLE or ACH Wire, then you sign a contract, which, by the way, they take down almost immediately after you sign. When you call either Reneta or Melissa, the dispatcher, you receive a recording “This call will be monitored and recorded for quality control” never identifying the company. The company knewI needed something a heavy item moved by NLT 9:00 the next morning. From 7:30 AM until after 9:00 CST, The dispatcher was not available by phone. I continued to call the coordinator and as I suspected I might be in the midst of a scam. She stopped answering my called all together. The dispatcher struggled for hours, telling me this want not a scam..then around 4:00 PM she proved me with the name of the moving company /driver. The movers we really professional and actually showed up 12 hours after the start time. They did move the item and are not involved in the scam. The mover asked me for payment and I said I already paid it. He thought it might be a scam but said he was paid the next day. Of the 1081.00 my bank sent to Big league Relocators, the actual moving company received 616.00, Big League Relocators were paid 457.00, for turning the move into a nightmare. Some how they did acquire a US DOT 3903719, and I saw an online website where you can get one for free. I hope that someone stops these scammers
