Scam Description
I hate to say it, but I can’t recommend ever dealing with this company. There are some incredible designs, but the fulfillment is so discouraging. Homesizy refused to cancel/refund my order. This was after their tracking number they gave me did not provide any information for the first 10 days and it took another 5 days to even give me a shipped location (somewhere in China). Homesizy admitted through email that their shipping was chaotic, and they requested me to have sympathy for them. That one sided request for sympathy was despite denying my request for a refund. I asked for a refund since the item would apparently not make it on time for Halloween. Having the item arrive past that date defeated the purpose of ordering it. I ordered 20 days in advance, paying a steeper shipping cost, believing I would receive the product within a timely manner. There were no warnings about shipping delays. It’s hard to have sympathy for a company that failed to show any understanding of or sympathy for its customer. Whatever happened to the golden rule anyway? Since then, I have been reading several comments that are suspicious this company is a scam. I would recommend all to be wary of them.
