Scam Description
NCS reached out and claimed I had a previous debt with Hertz. Hertz has never contacted me once nor do I have any communications from them regarding a debt. NCS provided no proof, no substantiation, and no record details of the debt they claim I owe. They then stated that if don’t respond within 30 days, they’ll consider the debt valid. Their letter also states that they are a “Debt Collector License: Application Pending” so they are also not a licensed agency. I disputed the claim at the email address provided and stated I would report them to the BBB
