Scam Description
A lady by the name of Della Mason from 520-485-4963 left a message on my voice mail saying my complete name. She said that they have an active order of location and is going to send someone out to my premises to give me my court papers for court. That this is through the county. She gave a case number EM341798-2062 ending with the last four of my social security. I called the number 888-985-4359, another lady answered saying ‘legal’. She said that I got a Capitol One credit card from Wells Fargo and did not pay it off. She said that they are suing me for breach of contract and the courts will be summoning me to court. She could not give what court and what address for me. They said that it was on my credit and they had the credit bureau remove it so they could take me to court. I called Capitol One and the two cards I had have zero balances and were paid off. I called Transunion to verify if I had any debt with Capitol One or Wells Fargo. They said they did not show anything.
