Scam Description
Googled Charter billing department number, I am unable to locate the link where I found the telephone number. The telephone number provided is a scam. Male will answer asking if you want to make payment, does not state for what company. When asked what company he worked for he states it is for Spectrum billing. I then asked why he didn’t state the company name when answering my call and he then hung up the phone. Scammer.
