Scam Description
I was on my computer on Friday the 28th of October and I clicked onto the food network to look up a recipe, when all of a sudden this screen came across my computer and the computer froze. So i called the number and they explained that my firewall was compromised and they would fix it for $690.62. This caused me to panic so I went thru with the purchase. The next day I canceled and now they are telling me since the techs did tech work I owe them $149.99 and if I don’t pay the amount they are going to start legal action and fraud charges against me.
