Scam Description
I purchased a dog harness that was heavily advertised in social media. I clicked the purchase link and received a notification on the shop app that my order was processing. After not receiving my order for several weeks, I reached out to the store via Shop and asked them to cancel my order. They said they could not since it had shipped and was passed the return window. I asked how it could be passed the return window if I had not had a chance to try the project yet. I asked for a refund and they said no. Now it has been over a month and still no harness and now the store is not responding to any messages and does not list a phone number for help.
