Scam Description
Their statement they send looks like a bill or an invoice of money owed. It states in bold letters as the heading of the page “RECORDED DEED NOTICE”. People, expecially the elderly and first time home buyers, will not know how to understand this and just send them money because it looks like a bill. Its just not fair they can get away with this. It is not recommended like they say that all homeowners obtain a copy of the Property Assessment Profile. Its totally scam and they shoudl be shut down.
