Scam Description
Puppy rehoming – $200 deposit then puppy can be picked up. Then she asked for another $200 as she would deliver the puppy. Then another $500 for shipping fee as she crashed her car.. picture showed two patrol guys in short sleeves but in Casper WY there was a snowy day.. When I figured it out the words were awful
