Scam Description
Oasis Home Protection Home Warranty Division sent a “time sensitive” notice of expiring home warranty. The letter emphasizes the need to “call IMMEDIATELY” and this is the ‘FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY” the home owner that the current coverage is expiring. There is no current coverage. This is an attempt to gather personal information from a senior citizen. We know this because the address used on the notice is an office not a personal residence. The address was recently changed from a personal residence to an office address.
