Scam Description
I ordered anime apparel for a friend’s birthday mid September of 2022. Website said it will take a while because these items are made to order. It is now October 22,2022. I sent them three emails, asking for an update on my order since been over a month, and the website said it takes 5-15 business days for USA orders. I have not heard anything, they created a label for a partial package but never sent it out to USPS. I’m taking the silence as an admission to scamming, because I’ve never heard of customer service taking over a month to get back to a paying customer. Buyer beware.
