Scam Description

Original purchase of 3 pair of shoes on 9/3 or 9/4 for $94.32-address on Credit card bill was ADFLURRY NETWORK LT DARMSTADT IL. Said you could get a refund. Saw shoes for much less elsewhere and started asking how to return the shoes. Emailed them to ask how to return the shoes and got Emails back on 9/27,9/28,9/30,3 on 10/9,10/13,10/17 offering me $10., 30%, $30.,$40. if I would keep the shoes. 10/17 I told them I would accept 50% because I had found information on-line that this company ran a scam operation. They replied 50% was too high and on 10/18 I Emailed them back saying I would accept 50% or report them for fraud.10/18 received an Email saying the 50% had been refunded along with a refund number telling me that $47.16 had been refunded and that I should check my credit card. I checked my Discover card on 10/19 and there was a pending refund of $47.16. Checked again on 10/20 and the refund had vanished. Called Discover and there was no record of the pending refund. Discover has opened a case for this issue.
