Scam Description
He claimed he could convert a shuttle bus into a party bus. He received money for material and would not present the actual material purchase price however furnished a receipt that he wrote down on his regular receipt pad. He also claimed to spend 200 hours plus on labor and the finished results doesn’t reflect that. He originally agreed to one price and as he held on to the bus he continued to add money to both the labor and materials even after I purchase 75% of the materials needed to complete the job. When the materials that I purchased was used instead of getting new material needed to complete the job he used old material found somewhere on his property. Flooring came apart on the way back from his place. He glued down much of the trimming around the countertop that also came apart on the drive home. He velcro much of his work that also came apart before I could get home. I refused to take it back to him because he would continue to ask for more money without providing valid receipts.
