Scam Description
Recording came on stating my services would be disconnected in 40 min and to press key to be connected to a representative. Lady identified me and gave my address. Stated my services were overdue by $900~. I told her that is not possible and asked if she saw my last payment and to confirm the amount. She hung up the line. It was very believable with her knowing my name and address. However, the services are in my husband’s name, which is why I thought he did not confirm my first name.
