Scam Description
Treatspot is shady. I have emailed them twice, no response. No contact number listed. Ordered the smartbotsweeper for sale touting just pay the S&H. They charged me for the S&H and another $66.97. Called FamiliarSimpleHomeFurn off of the charge and they are stating that I authorized the subscription (nothing in the website said anything about subscription) and the charges were legit. Canceled the subscription and they canceled my order for the smartbot and are not refunding my money. I requested the documentation of where I authorized the subscription from Treatspot. FamiliarSimpleHomeFurn sent me 2 cancelation emails, the one for the S&H order number, and the other one had another order number that I didn’t receive an invoice for for the subscription.
