Scam Description
I received the phone call on 10/19, the caller id’d himself as a Jpmorganchase employee, first he asked if we had been out of state, some one used our cc and they wanted to verify the last four numbers. He had the first part of the number and needed the last 4. he knew information about me (ss# and date of birth). i didn’t know the number and he said they would stop the credit card and we would have to go in and confirm out identity. I am very concerned that my identity has been compromised! How did he know my information and what were they looking for then?
